Although their website claims they open at 11:30, there was nobody on stage when I arrived at noon. At about 12:15, some dancers made an appearance but sat by themselves at the bar, and not until 12:30 did the dancing start or anyone approach me. The dancers were all middling/attractive; I'm sure the night shift is better, but I didn't see much grounds for complaint. Not until I went upstairs with a girl, anyway (after 20 minutes of awkward conversation). Private booths are $10 admission, and really are private -- a small closed room with no bouncers checking in or visible cameras. This arrangement encourages misbehavior, and my dancer made no attempt to restrict my roaming hands, and allowed me to remove her bottoms, despite it officially being a topless-only club. After four or five songs, the dance ended with her performing some extremely half-hearted manual stimulation. She then requested $$. (I gave her $.5, which was still overpaying.) I know, my fault for not having negotiated in advance, but it wasn't a pleasant experience, and a week later I was in the doctor's office with a urinary tract infection. STD tests came back negative (and I'm not sure that anything can be transmitted with such limited contact), but the timing still seems to me too close to be coincidental. This was the frightening conclusion to an unsatisfying experience, and enough to keep me kosher in all future SC encounters.
