This was my 1st visit to the Penthouse.. I've been to Mons venus & Ybor a few times.

At the outset I checked what is the dress code.. It is frequented by people with suits but going in shorts is also Ok.

The girls were beautiful.. almost as good as Mons and definitely better than Ybor. But they its topless only & nipples are covered. Some of the reviews here indicated no-touching by customer. but there is ! you can touch everywhere except down there. but they don't touch you.
