So the first time I went to Centerfolds was for a buddies birthday party. We went on a VIP Night, which means you can purchase a wristband that gives you half price lap dances. Needless to say we had a great time. When I walked in I noticed the general shabbiness of the club, it's not the classiest place, and the drink selection is poor with a soda machine on the back wall. Whatever, I didn't go there for the drinks anyway.

The dancers are mixed in ethnicity, which gives the club the ability to cater to different tastes, and they are mostly college aged girls. Some of the girls are better at their jobs then others, and a few could use a lesson in tact or manners. When they aren't dancing, the girls walk around and try to talk guys into the lap dance room, which is semi-private with a bouncer and smallish booths to receive lap dances. This is fine by me. I know that some guys don't like being bothered by women trying to get money from them, which means that they should probably find a different planet to live on. For me this is completely fine, i went to the strip club for the lap dances, and that's what I intend to spend most of my money on. The tip rail is spacious, and there's a $2 per dancer minimum, which is fine by me. The dancers are on stage for two songs and most get fully nude if there's a crowd.

Speaking of the crowd, that's my one problem with this club. Many of the men that go to this club are college frat guy types, which doesn't matter usually, but it means that they get a certain amount of attention from the ladies that can be sometimes obnoxious. They tend to hog the girls, and end up being creepers a lot of the time. They are also usually cheap, spending the whole night sitting away from the stage, hogging the dancers attention and not spending money. Anyway, they aren't that bad, but they also aren't that great.

Finally I just want to recommend that you go to this club on a Wednesday or a Sunday. Those are the VIP Nights, and thus give you the most bang for your buck. I also highly recommend the promo dance, which is 3 songs for $25 (if you have the VIP wristband) and some porno DVD. The DVD was ok, but the deal was what I liked about it. After going that one time I've been back a number of times, but only on VIP nights. I highly recommend giving it a try. And it's the reason I rate the value so highly. One lap dance pays for the VIP. Good deal eh?
