Spearminto Rhino is pretty much the top club to work at here (or Sapphires) as a dancer, but don't even come without your A game. Many of the girls come in from out of town but there are a lot of locals too and these girls know how to hustle like no other. The downside about working here is the lack of locker space. Don't come after 9pm expecting to get one because it's almost impossible, there are so many girls working. I found management and staff to be pretty straight-forward and polite for a Vegas club. They aren't overly friendly but with all the girls coming and going, why should they be? They may never see you again as most dancers here in Vegas bounce around from club to club.

I like the straight-forward 3 for $100 room, or the 1/2 hour room. No having to explain to the customers that there is also a mandatory 2-drink requirement like at Treasures. You can always get 1/2 hour or hour bottle service in a different part of the club but when you say "bottle service" the customer gets it. Bottle. You buy it. Plus the dances. End of story.

I like this club a lot but it takes some getting used to.
