The difference between night and day...

The difference between night and day at Bottoms Up is like night and day.

The day girls, who on this visit included Tori, Mandy, Raven, and Michelle, are freindly, talented and very laid back. No one will ever get pushed to do anything here. It's a no alcohol place, so there's no pressure to buy drinks. It's in Akron, so it has those teriffic $5 barside dances.

Nighttime visits can't match the talent level of daytime though. Not even close in variety or looks.

You're not going to find 9's or 10's at BU. You'll occasionally run into a young one from nearby Akron U. But mostly you'll find solid 6's and 7's who are in their late 20s and up and really know and like their business. They also know how to make a trip upstairs to the all-nude VIP worth your while and your money. $20 to the house and at least $20 to the dancer for three songs. On this particular day, the house was running a VIP special: buy your upstairs ticket when you walk in and it's half price, making a good deal even better.

It's not fancy. In fact it's a bit of a hole in the wall. But unlike some of Akron's other holes in the walls, BU does enforce the smoking ban so you won't leave smelly. Yeah there's a $10 cover (which gets you a free lunch between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. or two non-alcoholic drinks) but when the right girls are there, it's $10 well spent.
