Was in here a couple different...

Was in here a couple different afternoons before the MO laws came into effect. Even still, they didn't show me much. The place is a little bit hard to find, in a part of SE KC that seems to be on some roads to other places in a wooded area. The exterior and interior are both clean and well decorated and it looks like the parking lot and grounds are kept up. Despite the appearances, this is still an area of town to always be aware of your surroundings, especially if by yourself. The relatively higher rating for the club is strictly based on appearances, not for friendly staff or service.

I walked in in the middle of the afternoon and there was a bartender and at least one server. They didn't say hello, kiss my ass, anything. Sat down and waited for a server and no one ever did come by. This chill happened on both visits. I looked around the club. The seating area looked small: those lower fabric wrap-around chairs on rollers. The stage was empty and the music was on. It appeared that there may have been some raised seating areas to the left of the stage and behind it with the see-through curtains. I am assuming it was for LDs or VIP, but no one was in there. I think there was a guy or two at the bar, and maybe one guy out on the floor. There may have been a dancer with him, but she almost looked to have civilian clothes on. I didn't wander around the rest of the club, but judging from the outside, there may not have been anything else to see. Small, boxy club. I understand that there can be slow times in a club, but if nobody wants to get up off their ass and do something, they will have more customers walk out the door like I did.
