I spent two weekend nights at this club recently and had a good time. It is the safest and most upscale club in Washington Park. The parking lot is very well-lit and has armed security watching your car. Despite a rough neighborhood, I felt very safe here. I paid a $10 cover charge, but did not mind too much since it keeps the K-Mart crowd away and the interior of the club was very clean for a strip club. The bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in a club, with an employee coming in every once in awhile to touch it up. The club got crowded with all tables and seats becoming occupied as the night wore on. There are four stages. One and two are on a long island on the right side of the building. Three is a large square on the left side of the building, and four, which is used when the club gets really busy, is in a semi-hidden room to the left of three. Dancers would perform on stage for three songs at a time. All of the girls would pull their thongs aside and flash their pink. The music was rock and pop. I do not recall any rap crap. The DJ made some interesting selections and was not annoying at all.

The dancers were overall attractive. I would have been interested in spending time with half of them. There were a few that were not as attractive, either past their prime or had baby-belly. There was a good variety to choose from. I saw Caucasian, black, Hispanic, and Asian dancers. There was tall, petite, fake-breasted, and natties on display. Stage-side contact was probably the best I have had anywhere in the United States. The dancers encouraged touching, just let them lead and show you where to put your hands. Bed dances were $25 each but some girls would do them for $20, or maybe I was just lucky. The girls basically lie over you and touching is permitted everywhere except the snatch. I am not sure what the VIP rooms entail and heard a bunch of different prices quoted for them in the $300-500 range. Your mileage will definitely vary by dancer. Through trial and error, I discovered the younger girls, while gorgeous, are not as friendly and are more focused on getting your paper as quickly they can, while the girls who are mid-twenties and up that have been in the game for a few years spend more time flirting with you and are more intimate in private dances.

I ended up spending $1K across two nights, of which $125 was for drinks. Beer and water is $7 and shots and cocktails are a few bucks more. There is a mandatory drink policy here, but I am not sure to what degree it is enforced. I constantly ordered drinks for myself and my “dates”, so I did not have any problems. There seemed to an overabundance of waitresses. I’d get approached by a different waitress about every thirty seconds on average, which is good and bad. Good because you don’t have to chase one down and bad because it got annoying telling them you had just received a fresh drink from another waitress. Perhaps assigning sections for each waitress instead of having them roam all over in a free-for-all would be better. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think the Hollywood is well-managed, and that is a compliment that I rarely bestow on gentlemen’s clubs.
