Myself and a group of girlfriends...

Myself and a group of girlfriends went to Norma Jeans on Valentine’s Weekend. I’d heard that it was one of the better clubs in Baltimore and I am inclined to agree. The club its self has two stages, one to the right with the bar and one to the left with the DJ booth centered between the two on the back wall. It was crowded that Saturday and we were standing for about 45 minutes before we were able to grab some open stools. The cover was $20 for women I’m not sure if the price for men was lower, but $20 is reasonable. On the far left of the club is the VIP area, while we were there I did not see anyone in that area. Some of the dancers went in after they danced to get their money straight. The only disgruntlement I had with the club was the bathroom. It was a single bathroom for all of the clubs patrons and it was nasty. The rest of the club was fine.

The dancers were about an average of an 8 which is pretty good given some strip clubs. There were a few heavier dancers but they are also the dancers who worked the pole best so I definitely gave them tips. The dancers all seem like they are having a good time. Swinging above the bar and climbing on poles like the circus, they definitely gave a good show. The prime buyers of private dances were lesbians. Norma’s has a huge lesbian clientele. It was hard to catch any of the dancers name as the DJ spoke to close to the mic and so his words muffled. One particularly pretty dancer stopped right in front of us and started dancing on a guy as he and his friend threw money on her. It was a nice show for all of those in the area. She then said thanks picked up her money and left. I enjoyed Norma’s and I definitely enjoyed going there. Doesn’t seem like it would be a bad place to work either ;-).
