In my opinion, Gold Club Centerfolds...

In my opinion, Gold Club Centerfolds is the best strip club in the greater Sacramento area. Like the others said this place could be hard to find. If you have not been there, look for the boat store. GCC is right behind it and has it's own parking lot. I go during the afternoon hours. The cover charge is $ 5.00, drink charge is $ 5.00 and the lap dance bracelet is another $ 5.00. Look for the $ 5.00 coupons in either the Sacramento News & Review of the Friday edition of the Sacramento Bee.

The club is quite large and has two dance floors. But, only one is used during the afternoons. When I go there are usually around 10 dancers - most are white, but there is usually one African American, one Asian and about 2 Latinas. The ages of the dancers varies. There are usually a few older dancers. Almost all of the dancers are pretty. But, it seems they are all very aggressive. Once you walk in, they constantly hound you for lap dances, which could be a very good thing. If you sit at the tip rail (which cost $ 1 per song), the dancers are not allowed to ask you for dances unless there is a break in stage action. I like to sit up at the tip rail and choose the dancer I want to get lap dances with.

The lap dances cost $ 10.00 each, but you have to do a minimum of 2 dances. But the cost of the dances goes up to $ 20.00 each after 7:00PM on either Friday or Saturday nights. The dances are done in either of two large private areas. You must buy a lap dance bracelet to get dances in these two areas. The club will charge you for the paper bracelet at the time you pay for admission. In each of these areas are cozy stalls in which the dances are done. There are two large walls on each side of the stall - kind of like a cubicle, but you cannot see over the top of the wall. There is a couch where you sit and get your lap dance. The dances can be quite short. I do recall trying to time the dances. One time, as a dancer was on stage, her first two songs were under one minute and her last song was about 2 1/2 minutes. I wouldn't be too happy paying $ 20.00 for two minutes. I wish the DJ or management was more consistent with the dance times. The lap dances are topless. You are not supposed to touch the dancers, but your mileage will vary per dancers. The dancers who have been there for a few years, usually give better dances than the younger, newer dancers. The newer dancers seem to give air dances, while the more experience ones will give you a good grind. The club also offers 2 for one dances with a free porno for $ 20.00. Right after these two dances, the club offers 4 dancers for $ 20.00. Of course, those four dances are cut really short. The bouncers do walk through both lap dance areas so be aware.
