Scarlett's is a ok place if...

Scarlett's is a ok place if you want to see some decently attractive chicks. The main problem is that everything is pretty strict with regards to lap dances and private rooms. They do not take off their bottoms and can't get extras making it a true gentlemen's club rather than a strip club.

The best deal they have is 2 for 1 lps for 35 dollars every hour. They bring around every girl so you can choose the one you want (though the best ones tend to go quickly). Girls also don't hassle you for anything and you have to be the aggressor in order to get a lp. There is one main stage and a couple other smaller stages. Some girls are fully nude while dancing up on stage.

In general, you if you want to go see some decent chicks and around the area it doesn't hurt to check it out. Though I would recommend the others if you are looking for some more hand's on experience.
