First thing, this club has a new name, Centerfolds. It is located kinda out of the way, so it takes a little while to find (don't despair).

Not sure if it is related to its remote location, but many times that I've been at this club, it is pretty empty. There is valet parking when you drive up, or you can park on the side of the club. I've parked on the side a couple of times without any problems. When you walk in, there is a small lobby with a couple of couches/seats, as well as a table where the greeter sits. Usually no cover before 7pm, otherwise $5-7.

When you walk in, there is a large bar to your left. There is a few seats behind you to the left, as well as the offices and a small boutique. There are a bunch of tables in front of you, with booths all along the walls. The main stage is straight in front, with a side stage in the middle of the large room, as well as another on the right, between the main area and the VIP area. The DJ booth is to the left of the main stage, and there are a couple of big screens on either side of the stage, as well as a few smaller TVs scattered around.
