Visited in mid-January and I can say that the Mons is on par with some of the best clubs around, if not itself the best. While not as big as Tootsie's in Miami or the Las Vegas clubs, it makes great use of its space. The lack of a VIP area could be a problem for some but personally I find it didn't bother me at all after a while. In fact, the lack of VIP upsell pressure actually makes the trade-off quite favorable to me. It's a juice bar but again, that didn't hinder my fun as I just had some drinks before visiting.

While the number of dancers isn't overwhelming (probably less than 60 even on Friday/Saturday nights), the attractiveness of the dancers is a definite plus. Not all 9's and 10's, but there are many pretty young girls here.

And now to the best of part of the club: dancer mileage. The dances here are all clean (no extras), but good contact. Girls don't really give airdances here. At an average of $25 per dance (though pretty much every girl will do 3 for $60), the value is actually better than most clubs.
