Been to TD's North plenty of...

Been to TD's North plenty of times, my favorite club in Albuquerque. The club is fairly large, can hold about 150 people or maybe more. The main stage usually has two dancers on it, and there is a second stage with one dancer. There are tip rail seats all around both stages, with tables and a bar filling in the rest. There are a few TV's in there as well. Not quite upscale, not quite a dive either. The tables and chairs could use replacing, they feel a bit old. The bathrooms could use an update too. There is a mints and towels guy in there most nights...but I can't believe he makes more than $5 a night. The vibe is best on Friday and Saturday nights. Lots of guys, sometimes some girls or off-duty strippers, but I've never had a problem getting a table. Sometimes gangbanger wannabe's come in, but security is usually on top of things if someone gets out of line. The music is your standard club mix, with standards like "Pour Some Sugar on Me" and new stuff like "Lovegame". The DJ is pretty straightforward and not annoying or gimmicky.

The girls range from 9+ on down to 6 or so, with just about every type you'd want. One girl that I saw for the first time recently has a 40's pinup thing going on that was very sexy. Your usual mix of blondes, brunettes, latina girls, black girls, asian girls....they're all pretty with good bodies. None of the ones I talked to are too pushy. They will ask you if you want a dance.....if you say no, they just move on. They don't give you a hard sell about going to VIP or ask for tips on top of the dance money, like in Vegas. They will sit with you and chat a while if you want. Table dances are $10, and some of those girls will really work for it. Rule of thumb is they can touch you, but you can't touch them. One girl put her hand inside my shirt and started squeezing my chest, she nibbled and sucked on my ear....just depends on who you get. It can be hard to get a girl's attention sometimes, but if you tip them onstage and ask them to come over to your table, they usually do.

Drinks are all right, prices are standard for Albuquerque...sometimes my friends and I feel like our cocktails were a little weak. Stick to beer I suppose. They do have a VIP champagne room, don't remember the last time I went in there what the cost was. Cover is $5 or $10 depending on the night and what's going on. I've never ordered food, but I have heard the Friday steak and lobster is actually a good bargain. Overall, I think TD's North is the best club in Albuquerque. Good girls, good service, good vibe, good times.
