XTC is more on the seedy...

XTC is more on the seedy side of clubs rather than the upscale atmosphere of a place like Rick's or P10. Clientèle is wearing jeans, t shirts and baseball caps. The lobby is small and dark, manned by the grungy manager and a metal detector rather than lush, well lit, and manned by a hottie hostess like others. As mentioned by others, it is smoky, dark, and the stages are not well lit. The cover charge is a weighty $25 but the place is BYOB, meaning if you typically spend $30-40 on 5 or 6 beers at a club and instead at XTC you pick up a 6 pack of Lone Star at the gas station around the corner, then $25 cover doesn't sound so bad. And let's face it, the real draw about this place is that it is full nude, so if that is your thing then XTC is your place.

I have been on Mondays and Wednesdays. The draw with Mondays is the $5 dances from 7-11. Let's face it, you know that's a good value and at that price it is hard to say no to nearly any dancer who offers. On Wednesday nights it is Nude Oil Wrestling at around 11:00, which is always good fun. The VIP room is $20 which buys you a bracelet for all night access, and then $20 a dance. I sprang for it on a Monday since I wasn't really dropping that much outside. There was no one else there, just me and the dancer, who selected a secluded corner and got to it. I'd call it decent mileage - plenty of contact, no digits, and the grinding alone was enough for a satisfying experience.

So yeah, I'd go back depending on my mood.
