Stopped in after the Wings game...

Stopped in after the Wings game on Jan 26 to see if the club had changed since the ordinances had kicked in. I was pretty sure that the new rules wouldn't be followed in the VIP, especially after a game. We didn't have coats and were wearing Wings gear, so we skipped the coat check and door fee. Once inside, it was apparent that things weren't much different with either the dancers or the rules. We sat down at a table off the stage and were approached by three dancers. I didn't really care for them, so I can't remember their names. They were at best a mix from 5-7 and were mixed in ethnicity (white and latin). Looking around confirmed that the best rating on any one dancer was about an 8 and, judging from the conversation at the table, the ordinances hadn't really slowed things down in VIP.

All in all, Bouzouki's is a hit or miss place. They have some really good nights and really bad ones. After a game has always proven to be the best time since the girls come down to make a little more from the guys who don't get out much. The club always seems a little dirty and could use some better talent. Guess this is another sign of the problems with the city. When you can't get decent talent in one of the only downtown clubs, there is a problem.
