I went here on a whim one night and was greatly disappointed. It's right next to Centerfolds in Chinatown, so it's a bit of a sketchy neighborhood. The first thing I noticed was how crammed the place was. Most strip clubs have the benefit of being their own buildings but the Glass Slipper is built into an existing structure and it suffers for that. The place is sort of like a corridor, with booth tables on the left as you walk in and the bar to the right. There's an aisle separating them and that's the whole club. (There's a lap dance area in the back, though). Being downtown Boston, drinks are pretty expensive. There's a one drink minimum and don't bother with trying to just get a soda because they charge the same for that as they would a soda + liquor.

The dance stage is behind the bar. I've never been to a club with that type of setup and it really annoyed me. I like being close to the dancers and it's impossible with bartenders in the way. I'm not sure how you even tip them $1s unless you make it rain. This alone brings the club rating down for me.

The girls are generally attractive with a good mix of ethnicities and body types. I went to toward the end of the night so the girls were pretty aggressive in trying to get dances before closing time. I didn't bother with a dance because a.) no contact in MA and b.) the lap dance area is far too open for my tastes.
