Short review. Be prepared to be breathalyzed regardless of your driving, your rights or your blood alcohol level. As I've never done more than a drink per hour and drove, I found this police harassment to be little more than a nuisance. The club seems to be aware of this as they announce the checks and police presence (none of this is to do with the completely legal RIDE program, and if you drunk drive I hope you end up in jail before you hurt/kill people) over the intercom. The waitresses will also give you a heads up. It's no big deal but very un-nerving to say the least. Blowing a breathalyzer in front of an "authority" is a bit dehumanizing and humiliating, IMO.

There are always hot girls at Roxanne's. Amateur and wet t-shirt night are fun, too. The two universities and one college in K-W seem to provide a stream of above average girls. The freelancers can be a bit pushy and desperate, though. I've never gone for a lap dance here as the VIP lounge is a wide open, exposed area with, you can be sure, a bouncer watching your every move very closely. You'll just get to watch, I repeat WATCH, no touching or grinding on your you-know-what. And the bouncers are huge. So, I ask, why pay? Just sit at pervert's row and get your money's worth that way. Seriously, this is the worst club I've ever seen for lap dances, private dancing or what have you. K_W used to have four strip clubs and is now down to one. Perhaps management is sweating the permit and hence we customers are only availed of a very public and no-touch and very watched (by someone much bigger and stronger than you) "private" dance. So not worth it, so I've never paid for it. Pity as there are some really fine looking dancers at this club. Hope this was useful.
