Went by the club a little...

Went by the club a little before 10 on Tuesday night, mostly to say hello (and Happy Birthday) to a dancer I know there from previous visits. She noticed me right after I sat down and came over and gave me a hug. We chatted for a bit but she did even try and solicit any dances and wandered off from time to time looking for a willing customer. Finally found someone I guess and I did not speak to her much after that except to throw her a few nice tips on stage. Was not really there to shop for lap dances so mostly just observed the goings-on for a couple hours and left.

The Good: As I was staying across the street at the Orleans, my cover was just $10 and included a free drink. Very fair. Beer was $10 otherwise which is ridiculous of course but pretty average for a Vegas strip club. Staff was very friendly and attractive. Definitely felt welcome. Place was fairly busy by the time I left and the number and quality of the dancers was actually quite good. Really no one there who was unattractive and a few very hot girls. Only one girl was kind of pushy when she approached me. Most took my "maybe later" with a smile and said they'd check back. Club is pretty cool looking.

The Bad: Place just kind of feels sterile. I think it is "Deja Vu" influence here. Pretty much a supermarket for lap dances. Also, seemed to be pretty high-pressure for the VIP. For those who enjoy a club that is kind of uneven where you never know what you'll get, it won't be very exciting. I must admit I am one of those people. It isn't a bad club but just an average one by Vegas standards. You could go to a dozen other places and have about the same experience so really only worth a visit if you are nearby (I was) or went there to see a specific dancer (I did.) Nothing wild and crazy is going to happen here though I'm guessing take-out would be a possibility with some of the girls if you threw enough money their way.
