I've been to this club 3...

I've been to this club 3 times now and last night was no different than the rest. For being middle of the week on a cold night, the club was relatively crowded but I suspect that one dancer had a large contingent of friends/fans there because they were mellow all night until she went on stage and performed; then they threw dollars at her like a malfunctioning ATM that spits cash.

This club is unique because a lot of people go there to just hang out. In fact, a lot of dancers at the club call this their regular bar and bring all their friends. It's a pretty cool environment with only a $5 cover at the door. The drinks are fairly steep ($6 for a bottle of Corona) but that's common in all Hollywood bars, but if I wanted to just drink, I would go across Sunset over to the quaint retro dive, The Lava Lounge. Crazy Girls on the other hand is like a happening bar that just happens to have half naked women walking around.

I don't remember this being the case last time I went, but now the girls have to wear pasties when they strip their tops while dancing. The table dances are done back in the "Valentina Lounge" which is just another name for "room with small couches", and all dances are fully clothed. I also noticed that none of the girls were wearing thongs, but rather bikini style bottoms. Could have been a fluke, though.
