This is a place that defines you get what you pay for. Here, you will pay for it, but it is worth every dime as long as you know what you are getting into.

One of the higher end clubs in Philadelphia, Delilah's bills itself as a steakhouse as well. (i didn't sample), but I have heard the food is truly spectacular.

Cover is very reasonable, less then $10 during the week, a little more during the weekend. If you are an early bird, then there is no cover at all. If you are staying at a hotel, bring your keycard and they will let you in for no cover any night of the week.
