Both of the Christies in Phoenix...

Both of the Christies in Phoenix (Phoenix proper and Tempe) aspire to be “gentleman’s clubs”, rather than strip clubs – much fancier furnishings, with lots of leather and polished wood – and for the most part they succeed. Of course however, what matters most to visitors are the dancers; their beauty and attitudes. On a recent business trip to Phoenix, I had a chance to visit Christies in Phoenix twice, once with good but curtailed results and once only average. On my first visit, I caught the eye of a young and very pretty Latina (9+), Mercedes. After finishing her set on stage, she came by my table and we started a long series of table dances. One of the problems of Christies is that the tables dance are just that – at your table – there are no private areas, except perhaps if you pay (dearly, from what I overheard) to go upstairs to the VIP area. Mercedes was a very enthusiastic dancer, and contrary to most of the reports about AZ no-contact rules, had no problem with my hands roaming over her breasts. However after some number of enjoyable dances, the stern-faced, shaved head, android-like bouncer decided we were having too much fun, and took to patrolling past me frequently. At one point he even sat down in a chair next to me – a real mood killer – and it was clear that he wasn’t going to leave me alone, so I left shortly. A couple of nights later, I went back hoping to see Mercedes again – and not the same bouncer – and was disappointed. No Mercedes, and no other dancers that particularly caught my eye. Overall I would rate Christies above average: The dancers ranged from 7 – 9 or so, with a few too many silicone breasts for my tastes; the cover ($7) and table dance charge ($10, topless) quite reasonable, but demerits for the lack of privacy for the table dances, and somewhat mechanical and mercenary feel to the place, notwithstanding the upscale decor.
