Spent several days early in Nov....

Spent several days early in Nov. stranded in Reno, so took some time to check out the local club scene. I had heard of Men's Club, Spice House Cabaret and Wild Orchid, but decided to check out Fantasy Girls instead.

First let me spend a moment on the other clubs. MC is apparently caught up in a downtown revitalization, as it appears impossible to get to or park near. The poop I hear is that it is only open on the weekends and that most of the girls are swarming the other few clubs in Reno during the weekdays. If anyone has any other info, please post. SHC is embroiled in a suit right now because they "unknowingly" used the image of a famous actress who is married to a famous older actor with the initials of MD(!) in their advertising. This has probably brought them more business than any advertising could have. I have no personal experience with WO, but I plan on visiting them soon.

Back to FG's, parking can be an issue, as they have a small tight parking lot. They are located in a questionable area of town, but had no bad experiences. The club inside is typical gentlemens club fair, with two good sized stages, plenty of stage seating, several smaller tables and couches on the outer perimeter for personal dances. Big screen and smaller TV's dot the room with sports and mens programming. The DJ really has the music loud, too loud for most conversing! (I'm a musician!) They have a bar and a small grill for fried food snacks. There is a VIP area that has a private room that is reserved by the half-hour and a more private back area for couch dances. As I can recall, door cover varies from $6 or $7 to $10 or more, depending on time of day and day of week. Drinks start at $3 for sodas and mixed drinks I believe at $4 with a 2 drink minimum. Couch dances in the main room start at $10, $20 for topless. The private area is $20/dance with a minimum of 2 dances. The VIP area is available for $100 plus your dancers rate which varies per dancer.
