Went to Treasures last week on...

Went to Treasures last week on Sunday evening. The place was pretty dead, with a fair number of dancers compared to customers, but just not much action on stage or otherwise. After a while a beautiful young dancer approached me and I agreed to a dance for the standard $20. About a minute into the song she told me that I need to stop touching her breasts or else she would expect a "substantial" tip. I couldn't believe it -- I hadn't touched her in any other way -- but she was serious. I put my hands at my side and we finished the song ad I paid her AND gave her a tip as a send off. She seemed surprised that I was surprised.

A while after this another dancer -- quite attractive, very thin Puerto Rican girl -- offered dances and I accepted. She was much much better. Indeed, it was clear that much was on offer, but I was satisfied with her dances which were excellent.

This is my second experience in two cities of young dancers thinking that touching their breasts was somehow offensive and off the table. I know that this is the rule in many places, but definitely NOT the rule in Memphis and especially Houston. Club owners -- train these women better!
