I had to stay over in St. Louis recently so I checked out some of the East St. Louis Clubs. I arrived at Roxy's about 8 pm and saw roughly 8 girls in about 2 hours. This club is full nude and the dancers get right in your face on the low stages. Most songs there was only one or two guys at each of the two stages, so you got lots of attention. Some sets had two girls on the stage at a once. One pair got right into girl-girl action with close up views. This pair also did a shower show where they get into a glass shower and use an enormous dildo.... I didn't find the pair particularly attractive so that put me off this show, but I found a couple of the other dancers friendly and attractive.

This place is out in the middle of nowhere in a slightly scary neighborhood. There is another club (Platinum) by the same owners across the street and the cover for one is good for the other. There are a couple of other questionable looking clubs and massage places nearby.
