Had the afternoon off so I decided to give the club a try. It was a Friday around 2 pm and there wasn't anyone there but me and one other guy. They still charged me $10 cover.

I sat at a table near the stage and was quickly joined by a dancer who started hustling me for drinks. I bought her a rum and Coke for $12 but this being Nashville, I couldn't get a drink for myself.

She offered me a lap dance for $15 in the semi private section. I gave her a twenty and she said I could get two dances for another ten, so I obliged. There was no nudity. She was mechanical, stank of booze and cigarettes, made no eye contact and the dj shortened the songs so much that even she remarked about it.
