I have to admit, I don't have much experience with strip clubs because I'm 20, and most of the places around me are 21 and up. So Diamond's is the only one I've been to so far. I've been here a few times. My first time was alone, and I was shell-shocked by the whole "naked ladies dancing right in front of me thing" Once I got over that I still really enjoyed myself. One complaint I have from this night would be an extremely pushy brunette who talked me into a pretty awful first lap dance experience for $35! Then, less than a minute later the same bad dancer asked if I "was ready to go again." I politely refused. I gone a few other times. Once while Lisa Ann was there. She was amazing and I got a picture and an autograph which made the expensive price to get in and stay there more worth it (this might be a good time to mention if your under 21 they color your hands in sharpie to identify you as underage drinker. . They also take advantage by charging more for those 18-20. Plus it's byob, however people under 21 can't bring any drink in, not even water. So either you buy a $4.50 CAN! of soda or you drink nothing.) There is a metal detector you have to go through. You cannot take your phone in! They charge you to check it at the front desk. They require everyone to become a member to get in. This is an annual fee of $40 or 5 payments of $10 each time. I also went when Brandi Love was there and she was alright, but not worth it. The last time I went I went with 3 friends who had never been to a strip club so that was fun. I got 3 lap dances from this amazing blonde from Texas. I got 3 for $20 each and I don't have a job, so that should tell you how good it was. Normally though the ladies are not that talented and not worth it. Luck of the draw I suppose. My personal advice would be to tip the dancers on stage, and in many cases you get more for a dollar than you do with the overpriced lap dances. I know this is a cluster of info, but I don't want to forget any details. Also worth mentioning is that they do not give change except with two dollar bills. SO MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN SINGLES! As far as the dancers look: a huge range. Some gorgeous girls and some not so pretty ones. Let's just say some of them benefit from less well lit parts of the club. Dancers also very greatly in how physical they get with you. So it's your best guess to make your money worth it. Also extremely loud music so if you have sensitive ears you may want to bring earplugs. Also creepy guy in the bathroom "the attendant" I suppose who washes your hands and wants a tip for it. Well that's all I can think of right now. In less than a year I'll be 21 and be further able to evaluate the quality of this strip joint. I'll definitely be trying all the clubs around me. But until then, Diamonds is my only option. An expensive option, but not a terrible one, given the right night.
