On the DV web site this is called the Union Station location as there is apparently another downtown location planned. You can in fact see the club from the tracks at Union Station but there is eight lanes of freeway in between. But the DASH D bus from the transit plaza makes a stop right at the corner.

The club doesn't reall have a front door so much as two driveways. The one on the right goes up a ramp to the free rooftop self-park and the one on the left goes inside the building to the ground level free valet parking. Because of the contents of my car I did not feel I could give anybody the keys so I took the roof option. I then discovered that the only way to the club was down the car ramp and then in the main driveway. It felt kind of awkward. The club itself takes up only about a third of the ground level as kind of a building-within-a-building with the valet parking taking the rest. Kind of a weird effect, like a movie set.

Arrived a little after 4:30 and paid $10 at the door including free soft drinks. Inside it looked classy. It was dark but not too dark. (it helped that you weren't entering directly from full daylight). Stage lighting was subdued and avoided headache-incucind effects like strobes. The sound was loud but not too loud to talk. DJ was typically annoying and loud. There was a center island stage with two poles, lots of lounge seats and rows of high-backed booths around two walls. The third side had the LD room and the side opposite the door had the bar with the VIP area in a balcony up some stairs in the corner. Decor reminded me more of a SR than a DV.
