I’ve often discovered with strip clubs that the bartender can have a very big impact on the club’s atmosphere. Some of them on the block can be very aggressive towards getting you to buy a drink: either when you initially just enter a club to look inside or when a dancer has only been sitting next to you for a few minutes. One of the best things about the Flamingo is that they have two good ones, Vegas and Jada(sp?). They are usually bartending Friday evenings and I believe Jada also works dayshift during the week. Both are both very laid back and give you plenty of time to talk with a girl before asking if you want to buy her a $20 drink. They also let the girls sip their drinks slow and don’t immediately kick you out of the lap dance area when your time is up.

Over the past year, I’ve seen a lot of dancers come and go in this club. So unless you have established a connection with a dancer to know when she will be at the club, the quality and quantity of dancers on any given night can vary greatly. Two of the better ones that are still around though are Star and Storm but they are usually only there on Friday or Saturday evenings.
