Seemed like a biker bar. The place was small and pleasantly seedy, with one stage, some barstools, and video games. People were friendly in a biker-bar type of way, grizzled guys ogling pretty young girls. There were two girls hanging out when I came in, and one more dancing.

The ladies on the stage were friendly. Everyone's friendly at Roosters -- staff, patrons, dancers. Not a lot of people watching the show, more hanging out. This community seems a bit more down-to-earth and definitely nicer than a lot of people I meet at strip clubs.

The sexual vibe was different as well: more matter-of-fact. The girls made no bones about being more open with guys they knew.
