There are some very attractive dancers...

There are some very attractive dancers here, no doubt about it. But there are also some less attractive women here that drag the club down.

Physical environment is a minus. Layout is poor. Place is not well kept up. Management seems iffy. Inconsistent. Rather than lead the staff, they seem to pick on the staff and harrass the dancers arbitraily while those in good with mgmt. do what they want. As a result, pretty large turnover of dancers at the club which isn't good because regular customers stop coming in.
