I just went back to Alex's...

I just went back to Alex's for a visit after 6 months. previously I thought that this club was going down hill fast. The bouncers were very intrusive, enforcing air lap dances, yelling at customers and dancers if the dancer did not keep two feet on the floor, etc. The lap dance area, which consisted of a long upolstered bench used by several dancers/customers at a time, was open to the club and subject to strict bouncer oversight. Dancers giving lap dances were yelled at for not keeping both feet on the floor, and for to much grinding. The Champagne Room was only a three sided cubical with an open door. The dancers were of mixed quality.

My recent visit indicates that things have changed significantly for the better. Lap dance area still sucks, but the bouncers generally leave you alone, resulting in a more relaxed friendly experience. A new chanpagne area, near the entrance was added, and shear curtains have been hung on the entrances to both chanpagne areas. The dancers are better looking, and there seemed to be a good number. Execpt for one small, rather ugly dancer, they genreally leave you alone if you are not interested. Champagne costs $170 plus two drinks, which seems steep. The dancer I selected, a shapley brazilian, was great. The bouncer was friendly, and left us alone. I'm going back, a bit pricey but a very good time
