Location is not in an area...

Location is not in an area where you would expect to find a strip club, but that should not be a deterrent. Cannonball was easy to find and was not crowded on the day and time that I went (Thursday, mid-evening). The parking lot was not well lit, but again, that in itself should not be a deterrent. Cabs were waiting near the door for use if you need one after your visit. Overall, the club was not what you would call “nice” from a décor standpoint, but that is not why you would go there. It is fairly large in size, with lots of small tables. With their building, it is easy to just enter, walk to the bar, pick up a drink from a waitress (tip accordingly) and move off to assess the program. The stage is opposite the bar with private areas off to the sides and slightly elevated. Simple to find a small area/table to sit down, relax and get your bearings, which is what I did.

The stage and accompanying show seemed to be treated as an ancillary function. That is, not a lot of hype presented by the DJ, only one patron at the stage, and even he was not being given a lot of attention and the dancer just seemed to go through the motions, but this could have been due to the low customer count at the stage. The songs seemed a little longer than the norm, which I feel is a definite advantage for the private areas. Good talent walking the floor with respect given to those wanting to just wait and chill. Only one eastern European gal getting on the pushy side. I just sat back to get a better understanding to the process here.

Ended up talking to a dancer for awhile and decided to head to a private area for a few songs. She was nice and pleasant, rated a solid 8+ on anybody’s scale and ultimately showed some enthusiasm, something that can be lacking in these types adventures. Spent the better part of five songs with her at $20 per song, so she kept me interested for the duration.
