A week ago, Tuesday, I stopped in for a little afternoon fun. For a long time, this was my go-to club, but more recently, I've been going elsewhere. I want to like this club because it does have some things going for it over the other choices. Nice looking girls. No cover at lunchtime. Safe location. Lap dance booths with decent privacy... or at least it used to. My visit evidently coincided with opening day for the new lap dance room, which is at the far end of the stage to the left. The old areas were barricaded, which confused my dancer for a few moments until she found the new area. Bad news here. The new room is longish, with a row of booths running down each side, so each booth faces another identical booth on the other side of the room, only 6 or 8 feet away. I overheard several dancers saying they didn't like the arrangement, but on that afternoon it wasn't a practical issue, because there was never anyone sitting across from my booth during a dance. Still, it's a development I don't like.

Dances remain $30 with 2-for-1s every hour. I know a lot of guys like the 2-for-1s, but I'd prefer a flat rate of $20 or $25. I have a hard enough time trying to calculate what I owe without a 2-for-1 thrown in. Songs seem to be cut shorter than they used to be, or maybe it's just in comparison with other places I've been frequenting. I swear, during one session, I got a couple of 2 minute songs back to back, and those were full-price dances.

Bar service was excellent, but it always is on days when Autumn is there. I was sad to learn she's quitting this month.
