You can do better in Louisville.

This place is pretty grungy and the girls rate from 1-5. I was there in the afternoon on a weekday, so I don't know if the late nights are better, but this was scary. There's a small stage to the left as you enter with seating area to the right and straight ahead. Turn left past the stage and you have the bar and some booths. No dancer even approached the stage while I was there.

Don't know about the mileage b/c I didn't risk a dance, grabbed a beer and left.
