Cabaret is a unique experience. Cabaret...
Cabaret is a unique experience. Cabaret is almost always a sure bet for a good time with minimal crowding. Cabaret is a decent club to hang out in and is BYOB. The club really dark, which definitly helps enhance your experience with the dancers. The dancers are very enthusiastic and make sure that you have a good time. Even if it is just for a chat. You will get some mileage out of every table dance. Cover charge not that big of a deal in comparison to the other clubs. The door person usually quite busy watching TV as you enter, which is just fine, it let's you know that they aren't concerned about your business or being judgemental. If you get one of the guys working the door, they'll give you input about other establishments. Over the years, I've always had fun. I keep coming back. Also, close proximity to grocery/liquor store a plus. Cabaret is definetly a fun time on a budget. One last very big plus, the DJ is very generous with the number of times that he calls for "all hands on stage" dances. This is where the dancers visit you and do a short dance for a buck or two.
Drawbacks: The darkness can also work against you in the case that an unattractive dancer hoards your time. If there aren't a lot of girls, it takes a while for a dance. Even though the dances are cheap you have to hold your ground. For example, every now and again a girl will try to hustle an extra dance or say that you owe more. Typically, though this is the same everywhere. This doesn't happen very often at all at Cabaret. Usually, they are fair and very accomodating. Also, they have a bunch of tables and chairs blocking the front of the stage almost as if they discourage tipping at the stage. Bring your own lime. They charge about $5 for one.
