I have been to Winkers (formerly Harpers) several times. It is a lot nicer now than when it was known as Harpers. Much better girls is the main reason. The girls are A LOT of fun and most are hot. I always have a good time. It's a fun place. Definitely a good value for the money. Plus, if you are staying downtown, it's pretty much the only place that is walkable. If you are into "high-end" fancy or overpriced places with stuck-up girls that have attitudes, then this is not the pace for you. It's not fancy...but the place is cool, and the girls are mostly hot and fun as I said, and I have not met any girls in there that did not have a good attitude. They are all cool. It's BYOB...plenty of places nearby to buy beer or wine.
