Visited Toppers this past weekend. This used to be an OK club. The politicians looking for re-election in the area have seen fit to change the local ordinances concerning nudity and alcohol. Toppers is now a pastie and bikini bottom bar. This is a shame. They had a very nice VIP room in the back that most patrons never saw. For a few extra bucks you could get a decent lap in there. Hopefully time and the court appeals will help change the situation. Until then, not much happening here. Plenty to drink but not much to see.
