This review is for the benefit of those of you who are interested in OTC.

ITC is very difficult to manage in Phoenix clubs. I have made OTC arrangements in Centerfolds and occasionally elsewhere in the area, but at Bourbon Street I've generally been satisfied to gaze at stunning women and enjoy moderately tame lap dances.

On this trip my goal was to seek out OTC. There were, as always, many very hot ladies, but also as always, many were just not my type. (I like them skinny, and I hate big hard fake boobs.) I invested about 80 minutes and about $140 (drinks, dances, tips), and I walked away with the phone numbers of three dancers I would very much like to see OTC. All three reconfirmed their interest/availability by text message after I left the club. The laws of probability tell us that one or maybe two of those will likely pan out.
