I was in town on business. Red Garter is a short walk from the downtown hotel and felt it was a safe area to walk since it was late afternoon/early evening. This is an average place in my opinion. At this time of day the ratio of dancers to patrons was about 1:1. Definitely not much of a hustle factor, but bought a couple of girls drinks. They were willing to sit and chat and weren't too pushy for the dances. Dancers were average with 6 - 8 rating and I would say there were quite a bit of variety in dancer size, breast size, hair color, natural/enhanced to meet the expectations of most patrons, although there weren't any real knockouts when I was there. Stayed a couple of hours and had a couple or threee beers. This club is really low mileage, so there may be better places around Indy, but the location is very convenient if you are staying downtown.
