This is definitely a "hit or miss" type of club. You may more fun on some visits than on others. For the most part, it's a decent place with no cover. Food is decent and reasonable for a place of this type. They have been out of my beer for the last three visits that I have been there. How do you do that with a VIP? Rules are pretty strictly enforced which is OK and understandable. Stay out of the VIP Room unless you have good word-of-mouth that the dancer you select will provide a good entertaining experience. Some dancers do absolutely nothing and it isn't worth the money for the entertainment value received. I'm not saying they should do anything illegal but the level of entertainment value is sometimes the same as sitting at a table.
