Well, I was very anxious to visit this establishment when I got back to the area to see the remodel for myself. As stated in other reviews, the decor is stunning, but I feel the atmoshere that once existed here is gone. I will admit I stopped on a Thursday afternoon around 5, and did not get back later in the evening, so evenings may be better. There were 3 dancers working, none above a 7 in my book. The remodel has placed the bar where the Champagne Room used to be, and the stage is in the center of the room. The problem is if you sit at the bar, your back is to the stage, so you have to sit sideways to see the stage. In the one corner, the neon light "Champagne Room" appears to have survived the construction, but no separate room exists. The area is kind of roped off with theatre ropes and appears to have curtins. The ceiling is two storys high, which I think lends to take away from the atmosphere in that things seem too open. Having said all that, the design is very nice, and if you were never in the "old" place, it probably would not matter. On this day the dancers were not very friendly, no one approached me, they seemed to have their "regulars", so it was a two beer and out day! I'll give the place another check on my next visit to the area.
