Anyone who gives this club a 9 hasn't been around much. A 7 is good for what is essentially a lapdance factory, and I give it that only because every time I've been the girls have been friendly. Just about as hot as the OG girls, and friendly.

But anything above a 7 would have to offer better than just topless and more than just vague bait 'n switch about VIP room nastiness. I mean, wow, you can actually touch the girls in the VIP room?? Write a letter to gawd! Revolutionary! Try the Tropical Lei in Upland--it's on the way to LV. See how much touching goes on right in the main area lapdance seats.

On a scale where the Mitchell Brothers O'Farrell Theatre in SF gets a 10, better than anything in LA or LV regardless of real play or just grinding, this place just ain't in that class. It's pretty good, no more.
