Made one of my rare sojourns...

Made one of my rare sojourns to Nogales to look for some Mexican tiles from a local business I have been dealing with for years. I decided to hit a few clubs and it seemed most of them were closed or had not opened for business yet. I did see to guts walk into Studio 69 and it was open. The crowd was light, on a late Friday afternoon, where most strip clubs in the US would be booming, there were as many as 5 patrons and about 6 dancers.

Was asked by a masero if I wanted a girl to come to me and I politely declined and he (unlike a lot of Mexican clubs) politely left me alone for me to enjoy my drink and watch some of the stage action. Within a few minutes I was approached by several girls asking me for my time (and money)

The girls were all pretty attractive, but there were so few of them. I was told that there are more at night, but why? Most gringos DO NOT go to Nogales at night unless accompanied by several buddies and then only if necessary. The days of Nogales as a sex tourist destination are gone for the time being. Everybody seems to be in survival mode. But Mexi-nomics rule and when business slows, you charge....MORE???
