Rouge is one of my old time favorite clubs in queens. I used to go there religiously. I was back there not to long ago and I had a great time. Some of the bartenders are a little rough but other then that, I had a great time. They have a great lap dance room. It small, but it is comfy and sexy. It is also one of few topless bars that offer tap beer. Nice big bar that they dance three to four dancers on at the same time. Great music well mixed up for all. Plenty of seats around the bar, as well as a wall rail to hang back on with your drinks if you don't want to be bothered for tips from the dancers all night. Great mix of girls, something for everyone. There is plenty of street parking as well as a parking lot. Good fun atmosphere. Laps are $25 and beers are $7 and $8. I believe they have food as well during the day. Worth a visit for sure.
