Since it has been a year...

Since it has been a year since the last review of this club I will provide an update and a correction regarding the most recent review. First, there is nothing approximating a $20 lap dance at this club. Diamonds are notoriously air dance clubs, which means that any contact is subtle and purely initiated by the dancer during the $10 topless table side dances. A few girls will do some discreet rubbing here and there, but you should not expect it, nor demand it in this place. I have no idea whether the expensive champagne rooms provide more contact, but based on my experiences and other reviews, I would say at best that YMMV according to the girl. Needless to say, you can get more bang for your buck at any number of other clubs, even in the repressive atmosphere generated by Ohio's "no contact" laws. Having said all this, I would recommend the Royale for mixed groups of men and women, business associates, and those inexperienced with SC's in general. The staff is friendly and professional; the girls are generally attractive and sociable; prices are consistent with most "gentleman's clubs" at about $4 for a beer and around $6 for most mixed drinks. There is often free or cheap food, lots of 2 for 1 dances and other annoying giveaways, sports on big screen TV, frequent VIP party perks (free drinks and admission) and other amenities. Plenty of free parking, clean restrooms, and easy access to the outdoor smoking deck round out the positives. If you are looking for mileage--skip it. If you want to take some friends to a nice SC,spend a few bucks, and see some pretty girls topless, this will work nicely.
