I'm afraid the ship Flamingo is going down.

Pros: Very soft hustle; if you aren't interested, a no thanks is all it takes (a $1 tip helps). Pretty inexpensive; drinks are $20 for the girls, and they have $20 laps (or 3 for $40). VIP laps are also pretty inexpensive, though not exactly upscale VIP; for that, go next door to the Hustler).

Cons: the girls are often quite nice, but physically, there are almost no attractive girls anymore working even on the weekends. The last 3 times (over quite a period, I admit) the best was maybe a 6, and most were very out of shape. It is the block of course, which means it could change, but last time I was there there it was very slimp pickins. Worth a quick look, but stay on the move (you can circle the bar) and be ready to head out.
