I made another visit to Brad’s on a Wednesday evening. For a weekday evening, it was very busy. Domestic bottles were $4.75. The waitresses circulate quite a bit and don’t mind if you turn them down. Based on the good recommendations from this site, I decided to give the food a try: Bad idea, I ended up getting an upset stomach. Don’t get me wrong, the food is priced relatively cheap, but their meat is poor quality and was not cooked to how I ordered it (possible cause to getting sick). The crowd ran the gamut: businessmen in suits, ghetto thugs, horny Hindus, desperate geriatrics, and trailer park trash.

The DJ claimed he had forty-six girls working that night. I counted around thirty-six, which is still a lot to choose from. Most were young-to-middle twenties in the 6-10 range, but there were about four dancers around forty that were too old to still be in the rotation. Brad’s is frustrating in that the regulars run the show here. The girls will spend all of their time with regulars/boyfriends who don't even spend money. Literally, half of the dancers will sit with the same group of customers all night, only getting up when it is their turn to jump on stage. I tipped a few girls on stage and mentioned to them I’d like to take them to the back for dances/VIP. The first girl tells me she’ll come to me right after she gets off stage. She disappears to the dressing room only to come back to the floor ten minutes later and hangs out with some guy who isn’t even spending money on her. The second girl tells me she will come see after she gets off stage, just let her grab a drink first. She gets off stage and does not go to the bar, but goes and sits with her regular. I wait ten minutes but she never leaves him. Needless to say, I walked out of the Brass Flamingo with hundreds of dollars of disposable income in my pocket, similar to my previous trip. If the girls at BBF don’t want to make money, I can go somewhere else. There are plenty of other clubs in Indy to check out.
