First time here, and there was a mix of some very nice dancers and some mediocre ones, depending on your taste. There were several very hot girls, mostly early 20s I'd guess, and a couple late 20s or a little older. VIP area is not very private, but it gets interesting up there. There was a good amount of business but not crowded, and the ratio of girls to customers was pretty good. Drinks are a bit pricey and shot girls push hard, but all in all it was worth the trip.
