Got there about 5pm Monday. ...

Got there about 5pm Monday. Parking is covered and plentiful. Entry was $10 (for an "entertainment fee") even though I had a coupon from the LA Weekly saying free entry. Annoying, but still a good deal because there's zero pressure to buy drinks.

The place was totally empty when I got there. Over the course of the next 3 hours, maybe 10 other guys came in and out of the club. I was often the only guy there. Only 5 girls were working at that time of day. I tipped every dancer because I felt bad for them. The annoying thing is that most of the girls hid in the dressing room when they weren't dancing or giving laps. I asked the DJ where the girls were, and he made a half-hearted attempt to get them out on the floor. Eventually a couple girls came out and sat away from the customers, watching the dancing.

Not too much pressure to get laps - in fact sometimes I wanted to get an LD with a girl but she just stayed back in the dressing room and I couldn't find her. Maybe the girls were uncomfortable because I was the only guy there some of the time. The waitresses kept saying it was because there were so few girls at that time of day. None of them were interested in hanging out and chatting, which is a drag because I like that.
