after a several months hiatus, i was bored enough on a friday night to check out g2000 again. i had stopped going here because i was getting bored of the scene. turns out i wasn't missing much. it was pretty much as i had remembered it being. i arrived a little past 11:30p and was informed that the cover was $15 (i was expecting $10 after 8p, but apparently there's a 2nd tier of cover charge later in the night). i had grey goose tonics at $10 a pop, and found them to be quite watered down, as well as minimal in quantity. $30 minimum on credit cards at the bar. as for the dancers there, most were familiar to me, with an occasional new face here and there. again, the usual 95% russian girls, with a few latina, black, and asian girls. in general most are attractive, but i didn't find any 10s/knockouts/wow-factor/etc. on this night. a lot of the dancers seem content sitting at the bar with their friends, and eating dinner or whatever. not much effort present to engage customers either. i prefer latina girls, and there are some nice looking ones here (unfortunately only with their clothes on). for some reason, the ones here all feel compelled to have surgical enhancements (boobs and butts), and frankly they all look like hack jobs to me. total turn-off. tried a random lap dance here and there, but found them to be uninspired. ended up getting only 3 or 4 total, and had zero desire to get a private room on this visit. i used to really like this place, but it doesn't do it for me anymore. most of the reviews are positive ones, and g2000 is currently in tuscl top 10, so there's certainly fun to be had here. i'm just giving a point of view that's not quite on the bandwagon. i likely won't return here for a while.
